ZTL Rates and Regulations
The Verona Bus ZTL is an area with access restrictions, characterized by specific vertical road signs. Tourist buses in possession of the ZTL Bus PASS are authorized to circulate within the ZTL Bus of the Municipality of Verona.
- High Season (1 April – 31 October, 1 – 31 December):

Unauthorized transit Unauthorized transit will be detected and sanctioned with a fine of €300.00, in accordance with the Highway Code and municipal ordinances. The checks are carried out on a random basis and will require viewing of the admission ticket.

Parking
The Municipality of Verona has established a ban on parking for tourist buses in the area called ZTL Bus, with the exception of two dedicated areas:

Access and Payment Procedures
Tourist buses intending to access the Verona ZTL must purchase the pass online. It is mandatory to display the ZTL Bus pass visibly on the dashboard of the vehicle.

| Hotel Province of Verona | €65.00 | Reserved for tourist buses that transport tourists guests of hotel facilities located throughout the province of Verona. Here too it is mandatory to display the hotel voucher or an equivalent document confirming the booking and overnight stay. |
| Hotel Municipality of Verona (Arrival or Departure) | €15.00 | Valid for tourist buses that transport tourists to hotel facilities in the municipality of Verona, limited to the day of arrival or departure. The hotel voucher (or equivalent document) certifying the booking must be displayed. |
| Hotel Municipality of Verona (Other Days) | €40.00 | Valid for tourist buses that transport tourists who are guests of city hotels on days other than arrival and departure. It is necessary to show the hotel voucher or equivalent document certifying the booking. |
| Evening | €40.00 | Valid for the entry of tourist buses into the Bus ZTL after 6.00 pm, with exit by 2.00 am the following day. |
| Arena | €30.00 | Intended for tourist buses carrying groups heading to opera events at the Arena Amphitheatre. The pass is valid for entry into the ZTL after 6.00 pm on performance days. It is necessary to show the reservation for the Arena evening and the pass will be valid until the end of the show. |
| Philharmonic Theater | €30.00 | Intended for tourist buses heading to the Philharmonic Theater for the artistic season shows promoted by the Arena Foundation. The pass allows entry into the ZTL Bus within two hours before the start of the show, and is valid until the end of the show. It is necessary to display seat reservations. |
| Residents of the Province of Verona | €40.00 | Reserved for tourist buses transporting groups of residents in the province of Verona. |
Free passes:

|---|---|
| School | Tourist buses carrying school groups of all levels, including international ones, are entitled to a free pass. It is necessary to present a declaration on the institute's headed paper certifying that the school trip is in Verona. |
| Stadium / Hall / Gavagnin | Tourist buses heading to the Stadium, the Sports Hall or the Gavagnin-Nocini Stadium for sporting events, with the obligation to use the connecting road between the Verona Nord motorway toll booth and the Stadium. Buses that use the eastern ring road towards the Gavagnin-Nocini Stadium for sporting events are also entitled to free passes. |
| Verona Fair | Tourist buses headed to the Verona Fair car parks for trade fair events. The pass is valid only for the stretch of road between the Fiera car parks and the Verona Sud motorway toll booth or for the Strada dell'Alpo exit of the southern ring road. |
| Residents in the Municipality of Verona | Tourist buses carrying groups of residents in the municipality of Verona. |
| People with disabilities | Tourist buses transporting people with disabilities, provided that at least 50% of the available seats are occupied by disabled people with appropriate certification. |
