The center of Rome, delimited by ZTL BUS C, is closed to tourist coaches, except in cases of specific exceptions (authorization C). The parking areas around the ZTL BUS C have been increased. In other words, it is not necessary to pay for a permit to access Area C, as entry is not permitted. However, it is mandatory to request the permit for Area B and subsequently obtain special authorization to load/unload passengers within Area C.
