Are you planning a group visit to Ravello by coach? Before entering the town, it is mandatory to be aware of the ZTL regulations of the Municipality of Ravello, which govern access for tourist coaches to the historic centre through the online portal RavelloZetaPass.
Fees and Regulations ā Tourist Bus ZTL
Transit by buses is prohibited throughout the historic centre, along the sections starting from the exits of the new tunnel under Piazza Fontana, in both directions towards Piazza Duomo, except for scheduled buses and tourist buses with prior authorisation.
Fees are established by Ordinance no. 26 of 09/08/2025.

Registration is free. Booking must be completed by the day before the planned transit date, with simultaneous payment by credit card (VISA and Mastercard) or bank transfer.

1. Who is required to book via ZetaPass in Ravello? All tourist buses and NCC vehicles carrying out passenger loading/unloading operations within the Municipality of Ravello. Even in case of fee exemption, booking remains mandatory.
2. How much does the authorisation cost? ā¬ 60.00 for a bus from 5 to 10.33 m (Euro 5-6). Buses over 10.33 m are not admitted. Discounts up to full exemption are available for guests of local accommodation facilities, local NCC operators and affiliated restaurants.
3. How is ZTL access booked? Exclusively online at ravellozetapass.it, by the day before the planned transit date.
4. Where can the bus stop to drop off passengers? In the designated areas: Largo Boccaccio, Largo Gradillo, Park Duomo and Piazza San Giovanni del Toro, only for the time strictly necessary for passenger boarding/alighting.
5. What happens if you enter the ZTL without authorisation? Unauthorised transit is subject to penalties under the Highway Code.
